Ayamara builds on more than 30 years of craftsmanship, design, and international production. The Al-Rawi family has been active in the global furniture world for decades, producing for respected brands such as:
Our operations include a design office in the Netherlands, an office in Indonesia, and long-standing partnerships with high-end facilities specializing in teak, oak, upholstery, and outdoor living. We leverage our full-chain expertise, from design to installation, for every real estate project.
Ayamara is a design-led real estate development studio specialising in:
We combine architectural identity, European craftsmanship, and furniture manufacturing expertise to create distinctive homes with long-term value.
Our strategy is simple and effective:
Demand for well-designed, move-in-ready homes in the Costa del Sol continues to outpace supply. Most existing properties either require full renovation or lack architectural identity.
Buyers are willing to pay a premium for homes with character, warmth, and ready-to-live quality—precisely what Ayamara delivers.

Max grew up in the family furniture business, gaining early experience in product development, sourcing, and international manufacturing. He later co-managed a luxury dog furniture brand with his mother before shifting into his lifelong passion: real estate and design-led development.
After moving to Spain, Max purchased, renovated, and sold two apartments—one together with Patrick van Riemsdijk—which marked the beginning of larger development ambitions. Max has also project-managed multiple residential renovations for a construction company in Spain, gaining practical experience with local contractors, licensing, and technical execution.
Max combines global furniture expertise with hands-on technical experience in Spain, ensuring each development is delivered with precision and long-term value.
Patrick is the founder of Luxury Walls & Custom Interiors (www.luxury-walls.com), an atelier and showroom in the Netherlands renowned for high-end craftsmanship. With over 15 years of experience, he specialises in luxury wall& floor finishes, microcement, Mortex, Novacolor, lime paint, and bespoke carpentry, bringing refined Northern-European execution quality to every Ayamara project.
Patrick has completed numerous full-home renovations in the Netherlands and has also worked on multiple high-end projects in Los Angeles for well-known movie industry clients.
This international exposure—combined with deep experience in structural work, luxury finishing techniques, and custom interior construction—gives him a rare level of technical precision and aesthetic understanding.
His craftsmanship, material knowledge, and eye for detail form the foundation of Ayamara's elevated construction standards.

As Construction Manager, Patrick is responsible for:
Patrick's craftsmanship ensures each home is delivered with precision, durability, and a distinctive premium finish.
Ayamara creates homes that stand apart—design-driven, crafted with intention, and built to a standard that outperforms anything typically found on the Costa del Sol.
Every decision—from structure to finishing to furniture—is driven by longevity, craftsmanship, and material honesty.
We specialise in a refined Andalusian–Japandi fusion: warm, natural, textured, minimal, and timeless. A style that stands out in a market dominated by repetitive contemporary boxes.
With an in-house Construction Manager and direct access to international furniture production, we control the entire chain and ensure: precision, durability, consistency, and higher long-term value.
We unify architecture, construction, interiors, finishes, and furniture—resulting in cohesive, character-rich homes with a recognisable Ayamara identity.
We prioritise natural materials, responsible hardwood sourcing, long-lasting finishes, and energy-efficient building methods. Our approach focuses on creating homes that age beautifully rather than following fast trends.
